Medical Director

Dr. April Foster

Dr. April Foster is an Osteopathic Physician board-certified in Family Medicine and serves as the Medical Director of Marée Aesthetics & Longevity. With extensive experience in medical leadership, she brings a thoughtful, compassionate approach to patient care and believes that serving others with excellence is an essential part of the healing experience.

Dr. Foster completed her Osteopathic training at Nova Southeastern University in 2011 and her Family Medicine residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School in 2014, where she graduated as Chief Resident. Her clinical background spans a variety of healthcare settings, including urgent care, rural medicine clinics, and telemedicine.

From 2015 to 2016, Dr. Foster served as Medical Director of Western Tidewater Free Clinic in Suffolk, Virginia. As the clinic’s sole practitioner, she provided care to the surrounding community while advocating for greater access to rural medicine.

Today, Dr. Foster’s work is centered on telemedicine and medical leadership. For the past four years, she has focused specifically on the oversight and advancement of aesthetic practices, combining her clinical training with hands-on experience in medical direction.

At Marée Aesthetics & Longevity, she provides knowledgeable leadership and medical oversight while supporting a high standard of safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care.
